Q: When is the reunion?

A: July 3–6, 2025 in Kansas City, Missouri.


Q: Where is the hospitality room?

A: The hospitality room is located in the Falcon Room.

  • The Hospitality Room is located in the Falcon Room on the 1st floor
  • Morning Workouts will take place in Room 1111.
  • The Sneaker Ball will take place in the Fountain Ball Room on the 1st floor.
  • The Prayer Breakfast will be in the Rendezvous Room on the 1st floor.

Q: What does the registration fee cover?

A: Your registration fee helps cover the cost of:

  • Three meals: Friday Family Cookout, Saturday Banquet, and Sunday Prayer Breakfast

  • Hospitality Room access (snacks, games, and more)

  • Group support (such as transportation to activities on Friday and Saturday)

  • Daily activity costs not covered.  (See Activities Pages)

Q: What is the registration fee? 

  • Adults (13+): $100

  • Children (4–12): $50

  • Toddlers (0–3): FREE


Q: When is payment due?

A: Fees should be submitted when completing your registration form or no later than June 28, 2025.


Q: Can I still register if I missed the deadline?

A: Yes! Late registrations are welcome. Head to check-in

 

Q: Can I invite a friend?

A: Yes! Friends are welcome to attend to the following events for an additional fee:

- $25 for Family Cookout

- $30 for Prayer Breakfast

- $50 for Sneaker Ball/Banquet


Q: Will transportation be provided?

A: Yes. We have 3-4 SUV's available to help transport family to scheduled group activities. (Family Cookout, BBQ Museum, Crown Center Shopping)

Q: What’s the plan for the Family Cookout?

A: The cookout will now be held at Shelter #6 in Macken Park
🍴 It will be a mix of catered food and on-site grilling. Restaurant - [Char Bar KC]
🎇 We’ll also enjoy family games, music, and 4th of July festivities. Bring your lawn chairs for more comfort!


Q: What’s the dress code for the banquet?

A: We’ve got exciting news—the banquet is now a Sneaker Ball!
👟 Dress semi-formal or formal with your favorite sneakers. It’s a celebration of culture, comfort, and KMK style!


Q: Is there a T-shirt this year?

A: Yes! This year’s official KMK Family Reunion Shirt - (Pre-Order Closed) Limited quantities available for purchase at registration $20

  • Sizes S–XL (2X-3X, has additional charge)

Q: Can I showcase my business at the reunion?

A: Absolutely! We’re giving our entrepreneurial family members a chance to showcase their business/services during the banquet this year. 
You can reserve a table and list your business in our printed program. Indicate interest at check-in. The start of a Business & Entrepreneur Expo!?
