💪 Morning Fitness Sessions
Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Location: Designated in room (1111)
What to Expect: Kick off the day with light stretching, chair exercises, or high-energy routines—whatever gets you moving! These sessions are beginner-friendly and perfect for all ages.

⚾ 18th & Vine Cultural Experience (Optional Activity)
Time: 10:30 AM – 12:15 PM
Meetup: Hotel Lobby by 10:30am – Transportation provided (subject to change based on interest)

- Negro Leagues Baseball Museum Tour –
- 🎟️ General Admission: $12/person - (If you pay in advance, or at the venue)
- 🎟️ Group Admission: $9 per adult, $8 per senior, $4 for Children - We can get the group rate, if we pay together (Just need to enter together)

Enjoy a guided group tour of the cultural landmark and discover Kansas City’s deep athletic legacy. Unfortunately the Jazz Museum is closed this year. They're hosting the concert and fireworks celebration later that evening.
🍗 KMK Family Cookout
Time: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: William E Macken Park, Shelter #6
Transportation: Provided from hotel (departing at TBD)
🎟️ Admission included in reunion dues. – $25 to attend just this event or to bring a friend(s)
What’s Included:
- Delicious barbecue by Char Bar KC
- Grilled burgers & hot dogs
- Lawn games: Cornhole, football, frisbee & more
- Music, dancing, and group photo ops
- DJ playlist curated by the fam. Submit your song request in advance!
🎆 Free Concert & Fireworks Viewing (Evening)
Time: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Viewing Locations:
- Option 1: 18th & Vine Jazz District – concert + citywide fireworks show
- Option 2: Rooftop at the Ameristar Hotel (pending confirmation)
- Option 3: Relaxed viewing at your leisure (hotel grounds or personal plans)
Important Notes:
• We’ll confirm final location before Friday evening
• Consider bringing a light jacket
